AVAILABILITY:
When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar does fill up quickly. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot in my calendar.  Dates are only reserved when your full payment has been received.

 

REQUESTING A QUOTE:
I am happy to discuss your upcoming cherished event.  Together we can create one of a kind creations.  Please feel free to look on Pinterest, Google, or Instagram to see what inspires you.  Please keep in mind that I will always do my best to bring your cookie creations to life, but I will not be able to replicate another cookie artist's work.

 

 DESIGN GUIDELINES:

• I am unable to do any copyrighted or trademarked material. This includes but is not limited to characters (such as Disney or Pixar), and logos (sports teams, companies, etc).

• If you are looking for a company logo made into edible art and are the owner of the business please reach out.

• If you are planning a celebration with characters please still reach out as I can be pretty creative in my designs to still create one of a kind masterpieces to go along with your theme!

• I will not copy another cookiers work. I will use inspiration photos for just that: inspiration. Copying is not only impossible due to different skill levels, but is also unethical and in some cases, illegal.

• Due to many reasons outside of my control, icing colors may vary from inspiration photos or invitations. I will always do my very best to match the desired colors as closely as I am able.

• Exact cookie cutters and designs may vary.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients cost. I’m always striving to provide the best tasting and looking cookies to my customers. This also means I can not honor old pricing because local grocery stores will not honor their old butter and egg prices-darn it!!

 

PAYMENT:

• Full payments are due within 48hrs of receiving your invoice. Certain last minute orders would require payment to be completed within the hour.

• Failure to pay your invoice within 48 hours cancels your order.  Please reach out to me if you are having difficulty making your payment.

• I accept debit/credit cards or Venmo payments.  Sorry, I do not accept checks.

 

COOKIE EMERGENCIES:

• Any custom orders that are placed within three weeks notice are considered a rush order, cookie emergency. Rush orders must be paid in full within one hour of receiving your invoice.

• A rush fee of 50% of your quote will be added to your invoice to complete your order on time.

FINAL DESIGNS:

• Once your payment has been received the only changes to your order that can be made would be to add to your quantity request which I will do my very best to accommodate.

• No changes to designs or shapes can be made once payment is received.

 

CANCELLATION:

• If you need to cancel you order, you must give at least three weeks notice.  Orders cancelled with three weeks notice will receive a credit on file for the amount paid, minus processing fees and custom supplies purchased. (Credit is valid for 6 months. No refunds will be issued.)

• Please note that your transfer date is subject to availability and there may be a price difference for other design and quantity request.

• Orders that are cancelled within two weeks of pick-up date will not receive a credit or refund.

• If I must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

 

REFUNDS:

• All sales are final.

• In the event that you are not satisfied with your order I, Heather must be notified at time of pick up. Please check all orders and gifts when you pick them up.

• Once orders leave Cherished Cookie Creations property I am no longer responsible for the condition they are received in, nor am I responsible for how they are delivered to the gift recipient.

 

ORDER PICK-UP:

• It is very important that you show up for the time that was agreed upon.

• If I have not heard from you after 30 minutes past your pick up time I will contact you to reschedule your pick up date and time.

• Failure to respond after one hour or show up for the second arrangement will result in a late pick up fee of $20.

• Failure to respond within 12 hours from your original scheduled pick up date and time will forfeit your order, no refunds will be given. I will then donate your order to a local family of my choosing.

• Due to the many hours of hard work and love put into your cherished cookies I will not place any orders outside for pick up. My resident squirrels would love the treats you bought for them but this will not lead to happy customers!

ORDER RELEASE AND COOKIE CARE:
Once you have left with your order, the order is no longer my responsibility.  However, here are some tips to ensure that your cookies reach their destination in the best condition:

• Cookies are fragile and it is important to handle with care to ensure they make it to your cherished event in one piece.  

• I suggest finding a flat, secure space in your car to transport your cookies home.  

• During extreme heat, be sure to bring your cookies to their destination right away, or bring a cooler to keep your cookies in if you need to make other stops.

• Cookies will stay fresh in packaging for 7-10 days on your counter or up to 6 months if placed in an air-tight container in the freezer.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY:

If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Also, please let me know if you wish to not be tagged on social media post.

COTTAGE FOOD LAWS:

All of Cherished Cookie Creations menu items are made in a residential kitchen inspected and licensed in the city of Chicopee. I am fully licensed and insured to bake all your delicious treats for you and your family. Our kitchen is NOT nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free.
